Prepare for 2016 with a personalised photo calendar. Here are our four favourite creative calendar ideas from guest bloggers. Hopefully these will help to inspire you to create your own.
Welcome in 2016 with this colourful calendar. If you love travelling, then why not fill your calendar with your dream destinations like Laura did from LThornberry. With any luck it will help inspire you to turn these holiday dreams into reality!!
There is just over a week left until Christmas day! The more organised among you will no doubt have bought and wrapped all of your presents. The rest of you have a few more hours to come up with a thoughtful present or a treat.
Photos, photos, everywhere – and what better way to use them than to make the perfect (Christmas) gift?
I’ve written many times before about how I’m as snap-happy as the next blogger / proud mama and how I’m always looking to make the most of my photos.
And part of this is making special gifts for friends and family.
I’ve made personalised calendars for friends and family for a few years now (I missed out last year to the disappointment of some!) and I’ve been looking for other fun ways to bring photos, and the memories they represent, to life.
Get in close and focus on one aspect of a costume-in this case, the makeup. Whether photographing costumes, decorations, parties, pick the most important facet and zero in on it by moving in close. By doing this, you’ll avoid a common photography error: cluttered pictures with no discernible subject or not enough detail.
The best way to stop all those masterpieces piling up is to scan and upload your kids art and to your secure Snapfish account! You can really showcase the work as a large poster print, smaller table top photo panels, coasters or even a couple of small magnets for the fridge.
If you don’t have a scanner, you can photograph their art. Be sure to lay it against a plain, white background, zoom in close enough to see details, and use a flash.
You can easily crop, rotate, or adjust the brightness of your digital images with our free editing tools. Click on ‘edit & organise’ and then ‘fix & enhance’ on your photos page to get started.
